✅ Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

❗ We do not accept returns on:
Opened or used herbal products
Perishable items
Products marked as "Final Sale"

 

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Include your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return
Attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

 

💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item received (if applicable), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
In case of damaged or incorrect products, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@wowherbs.co.uk.

 

🚫 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they fall under our Return Policy guidelines.
